LAP 8 Youth Services aims to provide an excellent service to young people and their families living and working in the LAP 8 area of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. We continue to expand our partnerships with the voluntary and statutory sectors to provide a provision that delivers a high quality service informed by young people.
Through effective collaboration we aim to create an informal learning culture where young people aspire to reach their full potential. We do this through an innovative and successful alternative curriculum which allows young people to experience success, influence decision making, develop strong social skills and values, which in turn promotes community cohesion.

Involvement of more Girls and Young Women
Increase participation of White Working Class young people
Increase the amount of accredited learning opportunities available to young people
Young people and staff access to professional tuition and skills related training
Volunteering opportunities for young people
Engaging SEN young people into youth centre provision
Offer a wide range of personal safety courses, activities and workshops for both young people and staff.
